Do we need to be ready for automation?

No. Most engagements start before automation: with one report, one data flow, or one set of numbers that doesn’t reconcile. Automation comes later, once the process is clear and the data is trusted.

Do you use AI?

Where it’s useful. We may use AI for tasks like commentary, classification or workflow support, but only once the data, definitions and process are reliable. Most engagements begin with reporting and data quality rather than AI.

What type of engagement is this?
